Dosa waffle
is an fusion between South Indian dosa and belgian waffle. As it is loaded with vegetables, it is healthy too. It is an easiest kid friendly recipe. You can serve this for breakfast,
dinner or evening snacks time. On a hectic day I made this for breakfast
and it came out good. Its my son's favorite. They are crunchy outside and little bit
tender inside.
The good thing about this is you can prepare the batter the previous night. And on the next day, just give it a quick mix before making the waffles. This makes your work simpler. You don't want to stand all the time near the dosa pan. And you can aslo make uthappam with the remaining batter.

It goes well with idly podi or tomato ketchup. If you have enough time you can serve with chutney or sambar too. Try this recipe at home and post your valuable comments.
