Ginger garlic paste

Ingredients:
Ginger - 1 cup
Garlic - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tblspn
Salt - 1 tsp
Method:
Peel the skin of ginger and chop it roughly. Also peel the skin of garlic.
In a blender, take chopped ginger, garlic and oil. Grind it to a coarse paste.
In a pan, slightly roast salt and add this to the paste. Store it in an air tight container and keep the jar in

Do not add water to the paste
