Broccoli Fritters | Easy Snacks for Kids

Broccoli Fritters
I have been making these little fritters for snacks box for the past few months and it's quite simple and a nourishing food. Its a very quick and healthy dish. Also it doesn't have much spices so kids loves it very much. Try this and let me know how it turned out for you.

Easy Broccoli Fritters for Kids

Broccoli Fritters

Ingredients:
 

Broccoli - 1
All purpose flour / Maida - 2 tblspn
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Egg - 1/2
Cheese - 2 tblspn
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tblspn

Method:

Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook till soft.

Mash the cooked broccoli with a spoon.

Add in cheese, pepper powder, flour, egg, salt and mix everything together.

Heat oil in a pan, take a spoonful of broccoli mixture and drop it in the oil.

Cook on the both sides. It will take 2 minutes to cook each. Serve!

Keep all your ingredients ready. Cheese is missing in the above picture
Cook broccoli
Take the broccoli florets and pressure cook for 2 whistles
Mash broccoli
Mash it with the spoon
Add cheese
Add some grated cheese
pepper and salt
Add in pepper powder and salt to taste

corn flour is added
Egg
I added half egg
Mix up everything
Mix everything together to evenly coat with the egg and flour mixture
Drop some mixture
Heat little oil in a pan. Take a spoonful of broccoli mixture and drop it in the oil
Flip it
When one side is cooked, flip it to the other side. Once both the sides are cooked, remove from flame
Kid Friendly Broccoli Fritters
Serve!
