Broccoli Fritters

Ingredients:
Broccoli - 1
All purpose flour / Maida - 2 tblspn
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Egg - 1/2
Cheese - 2 tblspn
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tblspn
Method:
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook till soft.
Mash the cooked broccoli with a spoon.
Add in cheese, pepper powder, flour, egg, salt and mix everything together.
Heat oil in a pan, take a spoonful of broccoli mixture and drop it in the oil.
Cook on the both sides. It will take 2 minutes to cook each. Serve!

When one side is cooked, flip it to the other side. Once both the sides are cooked, remove from flame |
