Papaya Milkshake

Papaya has lots of antioxidant nutrients and vitamins like b and c. But it is the most disliked since my childhood. I hate it specially looking at it seeds. So i usually go for a seedless variety. But my amma suggest me to buy papaya with seeds. Papaya has vitamin A,B,C and K. It controls blood sugar level and has calcium. It also boost the immunity.

Papaya Milkshake

Papaya - 2 cups
Honey / Sugar - to taste
Milk - 1 cup
Icecubes - 5


Peel the skin of papaya and cut them into cubes.

Take them in a blender and puree the papaya. Add milk, sugar or honey to taste and blend them on high speed for 2 minutes.

Serve chilled.

add some sweetener
