Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 5 mins | Yields: 2 cups
Jalapeno - 8 to 10
White vinegar - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tblspn
Salt - 1 tblspn
Garlic - 1, crushed
Water - 1 cup
Cut the jalapenos into thin slices and keep aside.
In a sauce pan, take water, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic and Italian seasoning. Bsring it to boil.
When it begins to boil, add the jalapenos and remove from flame immediately. Let it sit aside for 10 minutes.
Transfer the jalapenos and the brine into a jar and store it in a refridgerator.
Use this for salads, sandwiches, nachos, tacos, pizza etc.
- Do not panic if the garlic change its color to blue in vinegar. It is due to the reaction of sulphur compounds reacting with copper in vinegar. It is completely safe to eat it.

|Transfer the pepper into a jar|
|Pour the brine to it|
|Store it in refrigerator and use it for salads, sandwiches, pizza, nachos, tacos etc.|
