Veg Mayo Sandwich Recipe
Veg Mayo Sandwich is an easy, instant and healthy sandwich which is filled with loads of veggies and mayonnaise. It is as easy as that my 5 year old made this sandwich for fireless cooking. It is a staple weekend breakfast in my home. It is very healthy as it has lots of veggies. Mayonnaise is usually made with egg. So if you are looking for vegetarian version, use egg free mayonnaise to this. Try this yummy sandwich at home and share me how much you liked it :)

Veg Mayo Sandwich

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 10 mins | Serves: 3

Ingredients:

Sandwich bread - 6
Mayonnaise - 3 tblspn
Cucumber - 1/4 cup
Lettuce - 1/4 cup (or Cabbage)
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Butter - as needed (to spread on the bread)

Method:

Finely chop carrot, capsium, tomatoes, capsicum, onion and lettuce. In a mixing bowl, take all the chopped veggies. Add in pepper powder, salt to taste and mayonnaise. Mix well all together.

Take a bread and spread butter on the top. Turn the sides which is not applied with butter and fill it with the veggies mixture. Cover the bread with another and apply butter on the top.

Now, grill the bread in a sandwich maker or pan. You can also toast the bread. Or serve the sandwich without toasting or grilling.

Serve!

Note:
  • You can also add some fresh corns to it.
