Corn flour Dosa is a very healthy and nutritious breakfast that can be made instantly. This corn flour recipe has no grinding process however you can also make the batter as we do for usual regular dosa by adding the corn flour to the rice and urad while grinding. This is a quick mix when you find no time to grind the batter. Of late, my hubby bought lots of yellow corn flour instead of corn starch. When i made roti with this flour, i found it little harder as it requires lots of time to prepare. Hubby is not very fond of puttu so i ended up making this dosa. It was very simple and very delicious when served with hot tomato chutney. It also very well with fish curry. Try this healthy dosa and let me know you your feedback.
