Tomato Rice Recipe | Thakkali Sadam | Tomato Bath

Tomato Rice Recipe
Tomato rice / thakkali sadam is an easy lunch box recipe. This quick main course is made from tomato paste mixed with rice. Spice powders can be added along with the tomato to enhance its flavor. I must regret the fact that I am not a big fan of tomato rice. I even the smell of them during childhood days. My amma used to make this very often since my siblings love it. Even after the class bell rings at school, I will be sitting with the box full. Its just astonishing to know things changed over time very fast. Nowadays I prepare this for lunch.
