Ingredients:
Prawn - 1/4 kg
Green chilli - 1, crosscut
Big Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1/2, cubed
Garlic - 1 tblspn
Ginger - 1 tsp
Dry Red chilli - 2
Green chilli sauce - 1 tblspn
Red chilli sauce - 2 tblspn
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp (adjust to taste)
Spring Onion - 1 tblspn
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Salt - little
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tblspn

Corn flour - 1 tsp

Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tblspn
For frying:
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 3 tblspn
Salt - to taste
Oil - to deep fry
Method:
Wash the prawn with turmeric and mix it with pepper powder, corn flour and salt. Deep fry the prawn in hot oil till golden. While frying prawn make sure you don't overcook it. Because prawns will become rubbery if you overcook.
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and broken red chilli. Cook till the garlic turns brown.
Add in onion and stir fry for about a minute and add cubed capsicum. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add in red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Cook for a minute.
Dilute 1 tsp corn flour adding very little water and pour it over the above mixture. This will help to thicken the sauces.
Now, add the fried prawn and toss well. Garnish with spring onion green.
Serve hot!

Add the vinegar |
Add some red chilli powder to taste. If you are preparing for kids, add little chilli powder or skip it |
Mix corn flour in 2 tblspn of water and add to it. This will help to thicken the sauce |
Add in prawn and toss well |
Garnish with spring onion green and put off the flame |
