Mango Lemonade

Ingredients:
Mango - 1
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 4 tblspn
Ice cube - as required
Method:
In
a vessel, take sugar, add 1 cup of water and bring it to boil. Let the
sugar boil for 5 minutes, put off the flame and cool it completely.
Cut the mango into small cubes. In a blender, take the mango cubes, sugar syrup and lemon juice. Process oh high speed for 2 minutes.
Serve chilled.

- Adjust sugar syrup according to the sweetness of the mango.
