Chilli Cheese Toast

Ingredients:
Bread - 4
Butter - 2 tblspn
Green chilli - 1, finely chopped
Mozerralla Cheese - 3/4 cup
Garlic - 2, finely chopped
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Method:
Melt some butter and add finely chopped green chillies to it.
Apply the chilli butter all over the bread slices and spread some grated cheese on the top. Sprinkle some chilli flakes.
In a tawa, toast the bread with a lid covered on the top till the cheese is melted completely and the bread is crispy.
Otherwise, preheat the oven to 200 F and bake for 5 minutes.

Add some finely chopped chilli to the butter and melt it. This chilli flavored butter gives a nice taste to the sandwich |
Apply the chilli butter all over the bread slices |
Add some grated cheese over the buttered bread |
Now, add some chillies and chilli flakes over it |
Place the bread in a baking tray if making in oven method. You can also toast the bread before this process. (But i personally like the pan toasted bread than the oven toasted one) |
Preheat the oven to 200 F and bake it for 5 minutes |
It is nicely baked and the cheeses are all melted. |
For the tawa method, place the buttered bread in a hot pan |
Toast the bread till both one side becomes brown and crispy |
At this stage turn the other side which is not toasted, place the grated cheese, chilli flakes and green chilli. Cover and cook until the cheese melted over a low to medium flame. |
Serve! |
