Seer Fish - 5 pieces
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tblspn
Lemon juice - 1 tblspn
Salt - to taste
Oil - to shallow fry
Clean the fish and take it in a mixing bowl.
To this, add in all the ingredients except oil. Coat the fish with the masala and arinate it for 10 mins.
In a pan, heat oil to shallow fry. Fry on both sides till it is cooked. You can check using a knife or fork. If it goes into the fish easily, it is cooked.
Drain in a paper towel and serve!

|In a large mixing bowl, take fish. Add in everything except oil (corn flour, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric and lemon juice)|
|Coat the fish with the masala and marinate for 10 mins|
|Heat oil to shallow fry and place the fish on it|
|When one side is cooked, flip to the other the other side and cook until done|
