I love cauliflower in any forms. It can be a fry, manchurian or stir fry. My Amma used to make this recipe rarely. Even when I don't feel hungry, on hearing the word sambar and cauliflower, my mouth started to drool. Flavour of fennel seeds give this recipe a kick. Anyway, being a big fan of cauliflower I love this dish a lot.
