Paneer Bhurji | Easy Paneer Recipe

Paneer Bhurji
Paneer Bhurji is a famous North Indian side dish which is made with crumbled paneer or cottage cheese. It is very simple and spicy dish. It is usually served with chapati, paratha and bread. It is a very good filling for sandwich. You can make it in a flash and transfer it to a toast for breakfast. Paneer bhurji is quiet similar to popular egg bhurji and a medley of veggies like tomato, onion, capsicum and spice powders. Can you believe it can all be made in just 10 mins?
