Many of us dislike brinjal. But it should be included at least once in a week. You don't want to hide brinjal anywhere in food. Even haters will eat if you cook brinjal this way. It's a quick way and is perfect side dish for any curry.
Ingredients:
Brinjal - 3
Chicken 65 powder - 2 tblspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric - a pinch
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - as required
Method:
Slice brinjal into thick round pieces.
Place it in a bowl, add all the ingredients listed except oil, mix well and allow to rest for 20 mins.
Heat 2 tblspn oil in a pan and fry on both sides till done.
Serve with your favourite dish.
Note:
- If you don't have chicken 65 powder replace it by chilli powder. It taste good even with chilli powder.
- You can also add oil during marinating.
- Do not deep fry this recipe.
