Fried Banana Recipe

Ingredients:
Ripe banana - 3
Grated coconut - 1 tblspn
Sugar - 2 tblspn (adjust to taste)
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Cashew nuts - 10 to 15
Raisins - 1 tblspn
Ghee - 3 tblspn
Method:
Cut the bananas into small cubes.
Heat ghee in a pan, add raisins, cashews.
When they slightly starts to brown, add in grated coconut. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the cubed bananas, sugar and cardamom powder. Sauté for 2 minutes and transfer it to a serving plate.
Enjoy!
Note:
- Do not add too much coconut and sugar.

Add the grated coconut and stir fry for 2 mins. This step is to remove the moisture from the coconut |
Now, add the banana cubes |
followed by sugar. (I'm sick of adding more sugar, so I reduced the amount shown in the fig. If you don't want them sugary, you can reduce it) |
and add a generous pinch of cardamom powder |
Saute this for 2 mins and put off the flame |
Serve! |
