Baby Corn Fry

Ingredients:
Babycorn - 8
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tblspn
Rice flour - 2 tblspn (or Maida)
Curd - 1 tblspn
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Water - as required
Method:
Cut the baby corn into 1.5 inch pieces. Pressure cook the chopped baby corn adding salt and water for 4 whistles.
In a bowl, take corn
flour, rice flour, chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste,
curd and salt. Pour 2 tablespoon of water and make a thick paste.
Add the cooked corns and coat well.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the corn mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from flame.
Serve with tomato ketchup, pulav or any Chinese dish.

- Alternatively, you can skip pressure cooking baby corn and directly deep fry till golden brown.

Now to the cooked corns, add chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric and ginger garlic paste |

curd and mix well |
Check for salt and add if necessary |
Pour 2 tablespoon of water and make a thick paste. |
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the corn mixture |
Roll on all sides and and cook for 2 minutes. |
Remove from flame and transfer it to a serving bowl |
Serve simply with tomato ketchup, Pulav or any Chinese dish. |
