Is your child a fussy eater? Are they extremely stubborn when it comes to food. Just try this recipe. I hope they will like it. You can simply give them as a finger food. This is an easiest potato recipe and can be done in a giffy.
Simple Potato Fry / Sliced Potato Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
Potato - 2
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - 3 tblspn
Method:
Chop potatoes into thick slices.
In a bowl, place the sliced potatoes and in red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Mix it well.
Cover it with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins or simply rest it away.
Heat oil in a pan, place the potatoes. Cook it by turning both sides.
Serve with curd rice or rasam, rice.
Note:
- Do not add water while marinating as it will leave some water.
- Adjust chilli powder as per your taste.
