Egg Pepper Fry

Ingredients:
Egg - 3
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Fennel powder - 1/ 4 tsp
Turmeric - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - a sprig
Oil - 2 tblspn
Method:
Boil the eggs and cut them into two equal halves. Finley chop the onion. Slit the green chillies into four parts.
Heat a pan, add in two tablespoon of oil. Once oil becomes hot, add the mustard seeds and wait till it splutters.
Add
the green chilli, curry leaves, chopped onion and stir fry until the
onion becomes soft. Add in ginger garlic paste and sauté raw smell is
gone.
Now, add the coriander powder, cumin
powder, fennel powder, pepper powder, turmeric, salt and sauté for about
a minute. Add little water and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the egg and mix it well.
Note:
- You can add tomato, garam masala in addition.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and put off the flame. |
Serve! |
