Corn Capsicum Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Capsicum corn cheese sandwich is perfect for breakfast on a lazy weekend morning or busy weekdays. It is loaded with lots of corn, capsicum and cheese which will satisfy your hunger in the morning. You can upgrade this sandwich with the addition of other vegetables such as lettuce, carrot and cucumber. There is so much nutrients going on this simple and yummy sandwich. Corn Capsicum Cheese Sandwich

Prep Time: 2 mins | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4


Bread - 8
Corn Kernels - 1 cup
Cheese - 1/2 cup
Capcium - 1/4 cup
Onion - 2 tblspn
Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1/4 tsp, optional
Salt - to taste
Butter - as required


In a pan, bring water to boil and cook the corn for 5 to 10 minutes.

Take the cooked corn kernels in a mixing bowl, add in cheese, capsicum, onion, black pepper, chilli flakes. italian seasoning and salt to taste. Combine everything together.

Take a bread and spread butter on one side. Turn the other side and fill it with corn cheese fillings. Cover the bread with another bread and apply butter on the top.

Now, grill the until golden and crisp in a sandwich maker or pan.


Keep all your ingredients ready
In a pan, bring water to boil and cook the corn for 5 to 10 minutes. Take the cooked corn kernels in a mixing bowl.
Add in capsicum
Add a tablespoon of onion. This is optional.
Add in grated cheese
Add 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes
Then, add 1/4 tsp of pepper powder
Add little italian seasoning. This is optional.
Combine everything together.
Spread butter on one side of the bread
Place the corn cheee filling over it
Now, cover it with another bread and apply butter on the top
Now, grill the sandwich in a sandwich maker, pan or oven
I grilled in a 3 in 1 grill at 350 F (180 C)
