Bread - 8
Corn Kernels - 1 cup
Cheese - 1/2 cup
Capcium - 1/4 cup
Onion - 2 tblspn
Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1/4 tsp, optional
Salt - to taste
Butter - as required
In a pan, bring water to boil and cook the corn for 5 to 10 minutes.
Take the cooked corn kernels in a mixing bowl, add in cheese, capsicum, onion, black pepper, chilli flakes. italian seasoning and salt to taste. Combine everything together.
Take a bread and spread butter on one side. Turn the other side and fill it with corn cheese fillings. Cover the bread with another bread and apply butter on the top.
Now, grill the until golden and crisp in a sandwich maker or pan.

|Now, cover it with another bread and apply butter on the top|
|Now, grill the sandwich in a sandwich maker, pan or oven|
