Sankara Fish Fry

Ingredients:
Red Snapper Fish / Sankara Meen - 5 piece
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tblspn
Chilli powder - 2 tblspn
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Corn flour - 1.5 tblspn
Lemon juice - 2 tblspn
Salt - to taste
Method:
Clean the fish twice and cut 3 long slits on both the sides.
In a mixing bowl, take chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric, salt, cornflour, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Do not add water, make paste with the lemon juice.
Apply the paste over the fish and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry on both the sides till it gets cooked. Drain excess oil.
Serve with fish masala.
Note:
- To serve mix some fish masala and salt. Sprinkle the masala on fried pieces or dip the pieces on the masala.
