Recipe Cuisine: Indian | Recipe Category: Popsicle Recipes
Prep Time: 5 mins | Making Time: 8 hrs | Serves: 4
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 tblspn
Rose essence - few drops
Boil the milk and let it cool completely.
Once cooled, add rose essence, sugar and mix well. It should be sweeter than the rose milk drink. So adjust sugar accordingly.
Pour this into the popsicle mold and close it with the lid.(If you have popsicle sticks then cover it with a cling wrap and pierce a little hole to place the stick with the help of a knife and place the stick inside.)
Freeze this for 8 to 12 hrs to set completely.
Once it is frozen show the outer part of the mold in the running water for few seconds and carefully take the popsicle out.
- Make it sweeter than we use for drinking.
- Showing the popicle mold in water makes it easy to pull them outside.
- If you don't have popsicle molds you can use small paper cups(or tumbler) and a popsicle stick or spoons.
