Belgian Waffle

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 cups
Egg - 2
Milk - 1.5 cups
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tsp
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs, add butter, sugar and vanilla extract. Beat well.
To this, add the all purpose flour, baking power. Pour milk little by little making it bit watery.
Heat a waffle iron, pour 1/2 cup of batter. Close it and cook as the manufacturers instruction or until the waffle becomes golden brown.
Serve with your favourite topping.

Separate the egg white(This is optional. You can also combine together and continue the process) |
Beat welL |
for 2 minutes |
Add butter |
sugar and beat well |
add in 1.5 cups of water |
Mix well |
Now, add the all purpose flour |
baking powder and a pinch of salt |
few drops of vanilla essence is added |
Mix well |
Combine the egg white to it |
Grease the waffle iron with oil, ghee or butter |
Pour 1/2 cup of batter. |
Close it and cook as the manufacturers instruction or until the waffle becomes golden brown. |
Serve with your favorite topping.
