Bread slices - 8
Butter - 2 tblspn
For potato masala:
Potato - 2
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Boil the potato and mash it with the back of a ladle. Finely chop the onion.
Heat a pan, add little oil. Add in chopped onion and stir fry for few minutes.
Once onion become soft, add in chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric and salt. Saute for a minute.
Add the mashed potato and mix well. Stir fry for 30 seconds and put off the flame.
Now, toast the sandwich until it becomes crisp and golden.
Serve with tomato ketchup.

|Now, toast the sandwich either in tawa or sandwich maker. You can also grill them|
until it becomes crisp and golden.
