nutritious drink. This is for people who run out time to eat. Do not
skip your breakfast. Just have a glass full of this smoothie. It will
satisfy your hunger.
Ingredients:
Ripe Banana - 2
Buttermilk(low fat) - 1 cup
Dates - 10
Honey - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Ice cube - 4
Method:
Cut bananas into small pieces. Deseed dates and keep aside.
Blend everything together in blender and process until it becomes smooth.
Add in crushed ice cubes to it.
Transfer to a serving glass. Enjoy.
