Chicken Sheek Kebab
Minced Chicken - 1/4 kg
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tblspn
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp, optional
Besan flour / Bread crumbs - 2 tblspn
Coriander leaves - 2 tblspn, chopped
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Take onion and coriander leaves in a blender and grind them into a paste.
In a large bowl, take the minced chicken, ground onion paste, and combine all the ingredients except chat masala (ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, besan, salt and lemon juice).
Mix well to incorporate and let them sit aside for 10 mins.
Soak the skewers in water for 15 mins.
Now, wet you hands in water, take some chicken and press to spread them in skewers for 6 inches long.
Grill in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins or till golden brown.
Alternatively, shallow fry them in a pan till golden color.
Once finished, sprinkle little chat masala on the top.
Serve with mint chutney.

|Add the besan flour|

|add cumin powder and garam masala|
|salt is added|
|add pepper powder|
|Squeeze some lemon juice|
|Mix everything well to incorporate and let it sit for 10 mins|
|Soak the skewers in water for 15 to 20 mins|
|Now, wet your hands in water, take some minced chicken and start spreading|
|spread the chicken in skewers for upto 6 inches long|
|Shallow fry the chicken. Alternatively, grill in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins or till it becomes golden brown|
|Roll on all sides to cook evenly on all the sides|
