Tawa Egg Idli

Idli - 5
Egg - 2
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 tblspn
Steam idli in idli maker and keep aside.
Crack the egg and add chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, turmeric and salt to taste. Whisk it it the spices blend well with the egg white and yolk.
Heat oil in a pan, dip the idlis in the egg mixture and shallow fry till the egg gets cooked.
Pour more egg mixture if required. Enjoy!

Heat 3 tblspn of oil in a pan, place the egg dipped idlies and shallow fry till the egg gets cooked.
|Cook on both the sides. Pour more egg mixture if required.|
