Sankara Fish Varuval | Red Snapper Fish Fry | Spicy Sankara Fish Fry

Sankara Fish Varuval
Red Snapper fish is an delicious fish which is low in calorie and rich in vitamin A, Omega3 fatty acids and potassium. Despite its pros, it has high mercury levels which isn't safe for pregnant ladies. I'm just writing this to make aware of the pregnant women. When we visited Kanyakumari last month, we got to taste this fish. They sprinkled the fish with an masala and gave some more to dip. It was nothing but the fish fry masala we buy at stores. I would say it is the yummiest fish fry I ever had just. The combination of fish fry with the masala made it heavenly.
