Chicken Chukka Varuval | Kozhi Varuval

Chicken Chukka Varuval
For all chicken lovers, here is a finger licking fare for you. After relishing a mouthwatering chukka dish at Junior Kuppanna restaurant, I was so captivated that we began frequenting it. Inspired by the incredible taste, I decided to recreate it at home, and I must say, it turned out absolutely perfect. The only tweak I made was using sesame oil instead of their coconut oil. This recipe is easy, economical and full of flavour. It was a resounding success – my family simply couldn't get enough of it. Give it a shot and savor the magic of homemade chukka!
