Spicy Potato Roast Recipe

Spicy Potato Roast Recipe
Spicy Potato Roast is one of my favorite recipe. At times, I go crazy for this potato. Whenever i buy baby potatoes, it is one of the common recipe which i make at home. My love for this potato will never end. I often prepare this dish alongside sambar, and I truly enjoy the combination. If you prefer a milder flavor, you can adjust the quantity of cardamom and cloves according to your taste. While I used baby potatoes, it's also possible to use larger potatoes in the recipe.
