Sirukizhangu Kootu / Koorkan kizhangu Kootu

Sirukizhangu Kootu
This is how my Amma prepare sirukizhangu. This recipe is made with green gram which gives an excellent taste to the dish. It goes very well with rasam. This is one of the recipe my Amma don't want to convince me to eat. But the sad part is we get it only 3 months in a year. So when December starts I will be happy as I we can get this in the markets shortly. And I will be getting ready to eat this yummy dish.

Koorkan kizhangu Kootu
Anyway, so obviously being a huge fan of sirukizhangu I love this dish so much. Try it in the next season and post your valuable comments.
